So how do you improve on a perfect pack?  You don’t.  You just tweek it.  And that’s what I did.  I took one customer’s feedback on some changes he wanted made for half a dozen packs for his crew and added them to a small batch of Kifaru Escape and Evades that I’m selling here.
 
First I integrated Velcro brand strap keepers sewn on to each of the 7 straps.  I put a little slack on each one in case you need to cut it to fit.
Next I added Velcro closure both sides of the hydration pocket so you can carry more gear securely 
Lastly, I added a fitted Kydex sheet for use as a frame stay to prevent any sagging and to maintain rigidity on the pack.
